This Week’s Drink is a new twist on the ever popular Apple Martini or Appletini. This recipe is made with a ginger-infused vodka from Oregon. Gotta get my hands on a bottle of the stuff. Reader Dean, who supplied us with this recipe, writes, “You won’t believe what the ginger ads to this cocktail.”
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Yazi Ginger Vodka
1 ½ oz Apple Pucker
3 oz apple juice
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an apple slice.
