Ingredients:
2 oz Brugal Añejo Rum
1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of butter
4 oz hot apple cider
½ oz Allspice dram by St. Elizabeth
Directions:
Place boiling water into Irish coffee mug or goblet to heat glass while preparing drink and cover the open of glass to really keep hot. In mixing glass add rum, honey, butter, cider and allspice dram. Stir vigorously then pour into heated mug, grate fresh cinnamon on top and place cinnamon stick in as glass as garnish. Sit down by fireplace and enjoy!
