Ginger Man

Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Effen Vodka
¾ parts lime juice
¾ parts fresh ginger syrup
1 dash bitters
Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
5 Mint leaves

Directions:
Muddle mint in lime and syrup, add to a cocktail shaker with the vodka over ice and shake. Strain and pour into a tall glass with ice and ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig.

½ part Tawny Port
¼ part orange liqueur (John DeKuyper & Sons™ 03 Premium Orange Liqueur is recommended)
Dash orange bitters

Fancy Bourbon Punch

1 liter Maker’s Mark
1 cup granulated sugar
Peels of 3 lemons and 1 orange
Juice of peeled fruit
1 liter of strong tea (preferably green tea)
250 ml champagne (club soda can be used for a less fancy version)

Spring-Time Manhattan

Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Maker’s Mark
½ parts Maurin Quina Liqueur
1 bar spoon Stirrings Ginger
4 dashes Peychauds Bitters
1 heaping bar spoon of orange marmalade

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and shake until frost forms on the tin. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a fresh orange twist.
