Ingredients:
1 1/4 parts Grey Goose Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1/2 part Green Chartreuse
2 one-inch pieces of fennel, diced
3 sage leaves
3/4 part agave nectar
1 part lemon juice
2 parts seltzer water

We went to a very berry event last night hosted by Driscoll Berries. It was an interesting evening of cooking lessons and food photography all centered around blackberries. Holiday Pearadise
Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Tequila Avión Reposado Tequila
1 part pear juice
½ part honey / orange marmalade syrup
½ part Lemon juice
Sliced plum (reserve one slice for garnish)
Directions:
In a shaker, muddle ¾ of the plum with honey syrup in a shaker then add all ingredients. Shake and strain, then warm over a low heat. Garnish with a plum slice to finish.

Citrus Winter Warmer Toddy
Ingredients:
1.5 oz SKYY Infusions Citrus
0.5 oz agave nectar
4 oz hot water
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 pat unsalted butter (just under a tablespoon)
Grated nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a large mug, topping the liquid with hot water last. Stir, grate nutmeg over top and let steep for a couple minutes before serving.

Peppermint Mocha Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
2 oz Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha
2 oz Hot Chocolate
4 oz Milk
Directions:
Bring milk to a simmer. Whisk in drinking chocolate. Simmer for 30 seconds while stirring. Add Kahlúa Peppermint Mocha. Garnish with peppermint stick and marshmallows.
