Ingredients
- 1 oz single-malt scotch
- 1 ½ oz Midori (or other melon liqueur)
- pineapple juice
Instructions
In a shaker with ice, add the scotch and melon liqueur. Shake well and pour ice and all into a highball glass. Fill with pineapple juice. Enjoy!
