The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis has brought the delicious treat to life in cocktail form known as the Gooey Butter Cake Martini.
Every Friday at 5:30 pm in the Lobby Lounge the history of gooey butter cake is retold as servers distribute free samples of the distinctly St. Louis drink.*
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Three Olives Cake Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Frangelico
- 0.5 oz. Amaretto
- 0.5 Butter Scotch Schnapps
- 1 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
Instructions
Shake over ice
Serve in powder sugar-rimmed Martini glass
