The Boothby was created in 1908 to honor William Boothby, legendary San Francisco Bartender. This version was adapted by Eric Castro and Neyah White for Tales of the Cocktail 2010. The pair are fast becoming legendary SF bartenders in their own right.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bulleit bourbon
- 1 oz Carpano Antica red vermouth
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 oz Moët Imperial Champagne
Instructions
Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with Moët and garnish with a Luxardo maraschino cherry (trust us these are the real deal).
