Ingredients:
2 oz Revolucion Anejo
.5 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz rosemary-infused honey*
Directions:
Build ingredients in glass of your choice. Add 2.5 oz. of very hot water from the kettle. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary pierced through a lemon half wheel.
*To make rosemary-infused honey, dissolve honey in hot water on the stovetop in a ratio of 1:1. Let cool for an hour with a bunch of rosemary in the pot. The rosemary flavor will infuse in the honey syrup. Carefully strain out solids. And enjoy rosemary infused honey.
