Ingredients:
2 oz Blanco Tequilla
1 ½ oz pumpkin puree*
2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
1/3 oz maple syrup
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a Boston shaker. Shake and strain into a glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with an orange slice lightly dusted with cinnamon powder.
*Pumpkin Puree
Ingredients:
1 pound pumpkin peeled and cubed (or good quality Pumpkin Puree)
½ cup of water
½ to 1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
You can also substitute 1 3/4 teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice (which has the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves)
