This simple and light champagne cocktail is perfect for Thanksgiving, the day of thanks and heavy foods! The seasonal flavor and ginger zing will complement the food without filling you up. Also: there’s no better way to celebrate than with a little something sparkling.

Ingredients:
1 oz pear juice
1/2 oz ginger liqueur
6 oz sparkling wine
Pear slices, garnish
Directions:
Shake or stir the liqueur and pear juice together with ice, then strain into a champagne flute and top off with sparkling wine. If desired, put pear slices in the glass as a garnish.
