Our friends over at Voga recently sent us some fun recipes for Easter. This one really resonated! I am a really big fan of wine based cocktails, punches and Moscato. The Easter Sangria combines all three. Plus, you get the added bonus of being able to wow your friends and relatives with that punch bowl your grandma gave you. I grew up in the Midwest and no self respecting woman would be caught dead on the holidays without a punch bowl or two. Give this drink and your punch bowl a try this Easter.
Ingredients
- 2 bottles of VOGA Italia Moscato Wine
- 3 oz. Triple Sec
- 2 sliced cucumbers
- 2 cups of seedless green grapes
- 1 sliced Granny Smith apple
- 1 sliced lemon
- 1 sliced lime
- 1/2 liter club soda
Instructions
Pour wine in a pitcher or bowl and add sliced cucumber, apple, lemon and lime. Next add triple sec and stir gently. Cover and chill from 2-24 hours (the longer, the better!)
Before serving, top with club soda. Stir gently and serve over ice. Makes about 15 servings.
