I think that yogurt in cocktails is a wonderful marriage. It goes together very well during the summer season and is one of my favorite combinations. The sweetness of aged rum and fresh pineapple gives this Cultured Spirit very interesting layers.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Ron Zacapa Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Puree
- 1/2 oz Homemade Plain Yogurt (store bought is OK, use good quality)
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Garnish: Pineapple Slice and Pineapple Leaf
Instructions
Direction:
Combine all ingredients, shake with 3 ice cubes and pour all ingredients into
rocks glass or over new ice (optional). Then garnish, sip and enjoy
