Ingredients
- 1 oz Bombay Sapphire
- ½ oz Aperol
- ¼ oz Elderflower Liquor
- ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Splash of Grapefruit Juice
- Ice
- Champagne
Instructions
In a shaker with ice combine all ingredient except champagne.
Shake well and strain in Rocks glass over ice. Top with Champagne. Garnish with Lemon Peel
