Delta recently announced a partnership with nightlife entrepreneur Rande Gerber to create a series of Signature Cocktails for the airline. Gerber, along with his brother, are founders of After Midnight, which run bars in several states including The Wiskey in New York. The new cocktails are part of Delta’s ongoing effort to create a uniquely sophisticated, stylish and entertaining experience for travelers.
Taking off in 2007, Delta’s signature cocktails will be available both in the air and on the ground in the Crown Room and BusinessElite Clubs.
I raise my hat to the Gerber’s and Delta for bring some of the pleasure back to flying.
