Our friends at Maker's Mark sent us these Bourbon soaked recipes for the ultimate Super Bowl party. As the kick-off countdown commences, leave the boring chips and dip on the bench and add some serious flavor to the and, and with that we mean Bourbon Whisky!

It's all here, Drinks, Appetizers and Main Dishes to get you through the pre-game, game and post-game fun.

 

Drinks

Mark N’ Club

2 oz Maker’s Mark
Club Soda

Fill highball glass with hard ice, pour 2 oz.
of Maker's Mark over ice, fill with club soda and enjoy.

Maker’s on-the-Rocks

2 or 3 ice cubes
1 jigger Maker’s Mark
Lemon twist for garnish

Just before serving, pour Maker’s Mark over ice cubes in old-fashioned glass, add lemon twist. (With liquor, some people may request a dash of water.) Enjoy!

Maker’s Mark Manhattan

Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker 3/4 full with ice. Add Maker's Mark, a good quality sweet vermouth, and maraschino cherry juice. Shake or stir for about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled Manhattan glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry (served up, no ice).

Appetizers and Sides

Cheese Ring

16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pecans, chopped
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tbs. Maker’s Mark
1 cup strawberry preserves or cranberry chutney

Combine all ingredients except preserves and mix well.

Mold into ring and chill.

When ready to serve, fill with preserves or chutney and serve with crackers.

Chutney Dip

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. curry powder
1/3 cup chutney, chopped if in large chunks
½-1 cup sour cream
3 tbs. Maker’s Mark

Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth; add remaining ingredients.

Chill until ready to use.

Serve as dip for fresh fruit.

Baked Beans with Maker’s

4 (1lb.) cans baked beans
1 tbs. molasses
½ cup strong coffee
¾ tsp. dry mustard
½ cup chili sauce
1/3 cup Maker’s Mark
12 slices canned pineapple
Brown sugar

Place all ingredients except pineapple and sugar in a large baking dish. Cover, let stand 3 hours at room temperature.

Preheat over to 375 degrees; bale, covered, about 30 minutes.

Uncover, arrange pineapple on beans, brush liberally with brown sugar and continue baking about 30 minutes.
