This drink was inspired from my adoration of Orgeat Syrup, and I had an ah-hah moment when I thought…why not try nut infused spirits or liqueurs.
Ingredients
- 2.5 ounces Peanut infused bourbon
- 1.5 ounces Antica Carpano Formula (Sweet Vermouth)
- 2 dashes The Bitter Truth Chocolate Mole Bitters
- Garnish: 2 Chocolate covered Maraschino cherries
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a Pint Glass, add 3, 1 inch cubes ice. Stir – 20 complete rotations.
Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe
Garnish with Maraschinos.
