The new classic was created by Tony Abu-Gamin in 1996 for San Fransisco’s famed Startlight Room. It is a variant of the sidecar.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Capitan Morgan’s spiced rum
- ½ oz orange curaçao
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz sweet and sour mix
Instructions
Combine everything in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
