Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coconut
- ½ banana
- ½ cup crushed ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in an electric blender with the ice. Blend 20–30 seconds. Pour blended mixture into a collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella (of course!).
