Ingredients
- 2 oz Plymouth gin
- ½ oz maraschino liqueur
- 3 lemon wedges
- 4 to 5 rose petals
- 3 dashes lemon bitters
- Top with prosecco
Instructions
In a mixing glass, muddle lemon and rose petals. Add ice, Plymouth gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Fill glass with prosecco. Garnish with a fragrant rose petal.
